Open Audience Manager 2.2 Released
Open Audience Manager Enhances Its Facebook Publishing Tool
WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – APRIL 29, 2011 – DefinedLogic released Version 2.2 of its industry-first Open Graph Management tool, Open Audience Manager, earlier this week. The platform allows Open Audience Manager customers the ability to leverage Facebook Likes by providing targeted social media marketing opportunities to help increase web traffic back to a product site and drive sales.
The features in Release 2.2 are a result of successful social campaigns designed and cultivated using the Open Audience Manager (OAM) software since its fall 2010 launch. This latest version contains enhancements to the publisher’s ability to manage and moderate comments as well as the ability to cancel scheduled posts.
Open Audience Manager helps publishers and marketers:
- Segment their Facebook audiences by specific product or content interests
- Drive traffic to their sites with audience-specific Facebook updates
- Automate marketing to potentially thousands of discrete Facebook audiences
- Measure the sales and marketing performance of their audience communications
“Open Audience Manager allows you to ‘Leverage your Likes’ and drive targeted traffic to specific pages on your website,” says Alex Shanley, Principal at DefinedLogic. “With Open Audience Manager, you get the best of both worlds: Facebook as a communications channel and your own website as the destination for viral traffic.”
Since Facebook launched their Social Plugins in April of 2010, an average of 10,000 new websites integrate Like buttons every day. Open Audience Manager not only provides an efficient and effective way to manage communications with visitors who have Liked products and pages, but also allows marketers to gather demographic data on their Likes and track the viral spread of their messaging efforts.
Originally released September 15th 2010, DefinedLogic’s Open Audience Manager has already changed how many marketers are utilizing Facebook’s Open Graph and Social Plugins for their web sites. “We have seen our customer’s Facebook fan bases (likes) double and triple in just a few short weeks of targeted messaging campaigns,” noted William Meyers, Principal at DefinedLogic, referring to the software’s effectiveness in producing viral engagements.
The previous release added the capability to “white label” the software, another great feature. White labeling allows users to personalize the name, logo and graphic theme of OAM, thus allowing marketing and advertising agencies the ability to offer OAM as a proprietary service to their customers.
